Lulu is all Gamay d'Auvergne from basalt/volcanic soils, bursting with crunchy red fruit and bright, spicy aromatics.
Winemaker note: Old Gamay from Auvergne, from our Corent plots facing north and at an altitude of 490 m, cultivated using biodynamic and animal traction on basaltic soil. Whole-cluster maceration, aged for one year in sandstone amphorae.
