Named "Anterse" a term used in weaving - Brovia's metodo classico weaves together 3 local varieties: mostly Barbera along with Nebbiolo and Freisa, imparting the character of the region. Freisa was traditionally a lighty, spritzy wine and the Anterse is a symbol of Alex and Elena's devotion to authentic viticulture. 50 months on the lees with 2g/l dosage the Anterse is taut, rich and stylish. An explosion of mineral notes with some nutty almond and jasmine brightening up the finish.
