100% Pinot Meunier from the single plot of Bochot on kimmeridgian soils. A blend of base '21 with solera wines going back to 2016 that are held in stainless steel. Vinification is in tank and undergoes full malolactic fermentation. Aged sur lattes for 36 months before disgorgement with 3 g/l. Really nice weight to pair up with heavier dishes. Savory notes are present before red berries.
