100% Pinot Noir from the site Les Grands Cotes. Soils are portlandian with some spots of Kimmeridgian. Vinified in Stainless steel and blended with a perpetual reserve dating back to 2011. Aged 36+ months sur lattes and disgorged with 3g/l. This wine has incredible energy with lovely notes of ripe, bright berries. A really pretty champagne!
