Gerbais, Pierre NV Champagne Beauregard Rose de Saignee Extra Brut [2011-2021] (Arrives 9/9)

100% Pinot Noir from a single site Beauregard on the top of a slope with northern exposure. Soils are Kimmeridgian limestone with bands of clay. Macerated in the press overnight with an additional 2-3 days in tank. Fermentation in stainless steel and perpetual reserve wine started in 2011 is added before bottling. Aged sur lattes 36+ months before getting 3g/l disgorgement. A beautiful, deep pink with floral perfume. Elegant, fresh, and a incredibly food friendly wine.
