This is a blend of Trousseau and Pinot Noir that is made with equal parts whole cluster and destemmed fruit. It ages in a combination of stainless steel, fiberglass and amphorae. There's a whiff of reduction on the nose that integrates nicely, with brambly red fruits and mouthwatering acidity that lingers. Delicious now with a bit of air and a slight chill, this will continue to get better over the next few years.
