This is 100% Savagnin from Julien's 5ha in Pupillin, just down the street from Overnoy. The soils are degraded schist. It's an incredible wine that takes some time to reveal itself, with a delicate nose and intense mineral depth on the palate. It is lifted and pure, but bursting with personality. This is one to drink or hold, or why not both!
