80% Parellada and 20% Moscatel Alexandria grown cosmically on calcareous white clay soils. Vines range in age from 20-56 years in age. Hand harvested, destemmed. Skin-on maceration for 3 days. Gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and finishes fermentation under crown cap in bottle. Fresh, slightly floral, hazy and thirst-quenching.
