Notes from Selection Massale: 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay co-planted in the ‘La Masure’ lieu-dit, a mid-slope parcel with North and Northwest exposures on sandy clay soils. All fruit is macerated together for 12 hours. Vinified in 228 and 400L barriques, without sulfur additions. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeast, 2 years on the lees, disgorged by hand.
