Notes from Selection Massale: 100% Chardonnay from the ‘Le Village’ lieu-dit, a mid-slope parcel with North/East exposure on clay-limestone soils. Vinified in 228 and 400L barriques, without sulfur additions. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeast, 3 years on the lees, disgorged by hand. Brut Nature.
