Notes from Selection Massale: Brut nature cuvée d'assemblage, representing all parcels of the domaine. Produced entirely from the 2021 vintage without reserve wine: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 20%
Chardonnay; all North/East facing parcels, roughly ⅔ on sandy loam soils at the base of the hill
and ⅓ mid-slope parcels on clay-limestone. Vinified in 228, 400, and 600L barriques. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeast, 24 months on the lees, disgorged by hand in February 2024. Brut Nature.
