Notes from Selection Massale: 100% Chardonnay from the ‘Le Hazat’ lieu-dit, a parcel on sandy loam soils with North/East exposure at the base hill. Vinified in 228 and 400L barriques. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeast, 2 years on the lees, disgorged by hand. Brut Nature.
