Notes from Selection Massale: Brut nature cuvée d'assemblage, from three parcels: ⅓ Chardonnay from the ‘Le Village’ lieu-dit (clay-limestone soils), ⅓ Pinot Meunier from the ‘La Pucelle’ lieu-dit (sandy loam), ⅓ Pinot Noir from the La Masure lieu-dit (sandy clay). All parcels with North/East exposure. Vinified in 228L barriques. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeast, 7 years on the lees, disgorged by hand. Brut Nature.
