Based in Castellina within the classical zone of Chianti. Fermented in stainless steel, and then aged in a combination of concrete and used large Slavonian oak for 2 years.
Broad and plush fruit with just enough grit and rusticity to keep things balanced. A touch of green olive amongst the bright red fruit, followed by great acidity and minerality from their sandstone and limestone soils.
