A blend of 50% Garnatxa Rojo (red Grenache), 30% Carignan Blanc, 20% Carignan Gris farmed organically over granitic sandy soils. Hand harvested, destemmed. Skin-on maceration for 4 days. Gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless tank and ends fermentation in glass bottle under crown cap.
