Your zesty, light, fresh white wine of the Summer! Refreshingly low alcohol and great with a hard chill served next to your favorite summery picnic foods. Green apple, pear, lemon, and a hint of almond.

The grapes are sourced from the La Conchetta vineyard with 40 year old vines tended to biodynamically by Iole Rabasco. The grapes are hand harvested, direct pressed, and aged in stainless steel with no fining, filtering, or sulfur.
