The Convento di Capestrano vineyard is right in front of a lake, and gets its name from the nearby monestary. The lake balances the temperatures, giving us a wine with a touch more power than Popoli. Still low alcohol at 12.5% but with a denser, creamier texture, meyer lemon curd, and woodsy herbs.
