From 50-year-old vines this plot is at the top portion of the Grand Cru. Grenouille is the richest of the lineup with incredible concentration. With that, it is still perfectly balanced. There is power here but with great mineral purity. It can definitely stand up to some time in the cellar. In a good year, Cyril can make just 2,000 bottles. This is the only wine in his lineup that sees a small bit of oak aging, just 15-20% depending on the vintage.
