Only released in exceptional vintages, Sottiamno's 2016 Riserva was well deserving of the extra bottle aging. This is a current release straight from the estate! The grapes are sourced from the oldest vines in Currà, and its sees long submerged cap maceration after a meticulous selection of the best grapes. The wines spends 24 months in large French barrels followed by significant bottle aging at the estate. At 10 years old, we see how 2016's balance of power and elegance continues to deliver beautiful wines now and for decades to come.
