A selection of lower elevation parcels from Valgella. Oldest vines go up to 40 years of age. Macerated on the skins for 10 days and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic occurs in 25HL Slavonian oak and then aged for one year. An open knit Nebbiolo with classic typicity, wild berries dance with floral accents on a lighter bodied frame. Pair with charcuterie, cheeses, or even with a risotto!
