The cuvee "Zerzilles" is from a single 0.6 hectare site on the Butte de Chaume. The vines average 60 years-old. "Zerzilles" is rapidly becoming the butte’s best-known lieu-dit, coming from vines on the eastern side of the butte, with steep slopes, terraced in parts, on a schist and sandstone terroir.
