5SO ("cinq so"... "cinsault") is one of our favorite wines from Jeff Coutelou. Made from 100% Cinsault (a grape well-suited to the Languedoc’s warm, dry climate) grown in red clay and limestone soils, it is light, quaffable, and downright refreshing! It’s simple in the best possible way with loads of fruit and a hint of white pepper. This is an uplifting and delicious wine that we recommend serving with a light chill.
