Stéphane told us about this project a few years ago and we were very excited to taste the first vintage of his Chenin Blanc "le Blanc des Marquises" last winter in Angers. It comes from a small parcel at the top of the slope, near "Grand Mont," on some of the greatest terroir in Bourgueil.
