From the southern edge of the vineyard bordering Meursault. There are shallow, stoney soils with limestone bedrock. The wine is made 100% destemmed with 13-18 months in 20% new oak. The fruit is a little darker here with a perfect balance with earth and spice. The wine has lovely concentration with a lifted finish and strong purity of fruit.
