Located just below Volnay village the soils are a mix of deep stoney, reddish gravel over limestone. The wine is made 100% destemmed with 13-18 months in 20% new oak. Beautiful aromas of raspberries and strawberries that moves towards an elegant spice. There is a really stunning lift to these wines that finishes very elegant. Only 1,500 bottles made!
