The 2022 Cremant is pure wine - no added SO2, from 75% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Auxerrois, grown on clay/limestone with alluvial soils and brown limestone, high in iron. The secondary fermentation is with native yeasts, finishing totally dry. A clean and revitalizing wine, with a long, lingering finish.
