A 0.75 hectare plot planted in 1988 at 350 meters elevation which is one of the highest points. They are on the limit of Saint-Aubin which is bordering Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru.
The grapes are hand harvested after pressing the juice is allowed to settle before being placed in barrels to ferment with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in 20% new oak barrels for 12 months, followed by sitting for 3 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
A hint of reduction on the nose to start opens to a lovely toasted note with bright lemon. It has a beautiful level of acidity with a medium body and excellent texture.
