Note from the importer, GK Selections: Harvested from 40ish year old vineyards of Moscatel Galego on a combination of granite and schist soils at around 600 meters of elevation. Whole clusters are placed directly into cement tanks, where they are foot trodden. The wine then macerates on the skins for about 4 months,
before it is pressed off and bottled.
