The 2024 "Les Muriers" is made with a 2 week semi-carbonic maceration, from Pineau D'Aunis (in cuve) and Cabernet Franc (in jarre/amphora) grown on red schist soils. Light and beautifully aromatic, but with lovely concentration of fruit....elegant long finish. Just delicious!
