70 year old vines in a 1er cru located west of Champs Fulliot with limestone and clay soils. The grapes are pressed 50% whole cluster and undergo a 10 day maceration with gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in 10% new oak followed by 6 months in tank before bottling. 2020 is a riper, more round expression with plum and cherry. This feels a bit more dark and brooding then the other vintages but is very generous.
