Making of: Grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and macerate on skins for a short 10 days in stainless steel, then age in the same vessels. Bottled unfiltered, with the addition of fresh must of dried Glera and Bianchetta Trevigiana from the same vintage for a re-fermentation in bottle
