Geographically close to Prosecco, and with grapes native to Veneto, but spiritually it's own category. The founder, Ernesto, changed our idea of what Prosecco can be 20 years ago. His style is defined by old, wild vines farmed without chemicals or pesticides, refermantations in the bottle with native yeast, and unfiltered and undisgorged bottles. Often you will see sediment through the clear glass and beatiful colors ranging from golden with green flecks, to peachy oranges. These wines have so much personality, feeling both unique and uncategorized, yet firmly rooted in ancient Venetian traditions at the same time. Refreshing yet complex, luxurious yet affordable, precise yet cloudy.

The 330slm is sourced from calcareous soils and drinks bone dry, with a subtle salty and grassy profile and a fun frothy bubble.
