Quaffable, loveable, and affordable. Strawberry shrub, rhubarb and slightly herbacious. The grape is Lambrusco di Sorbara, typical to this area, and the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and sees 6 months of lees aging and 1 year of bottle aging. Technically this winery is in Lombardia, but it's spiritully akin to Emilia-Romagna's wines.
