Gamay D'Auvergne, 75 year-old and young vines, grown on basalt terroir on the north face of the volcano of Corent. Destemmed, short maceration. The 2024 "Les Dômes" shows a dense garnet color with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, earth and violets. Dark berry fruits on the palate sapid and mineral, dense but not heavy, with chalky texture. Bright with saline acidity, earth and black fruits in the finish.
