50/50 Ull de Llebre & Syrah. The grapes are harvested together, one half goes through direct press while the other half is whole bunch. After a week or so in tank, the wine is pressed again before aging in stainless. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and sees zero addition of sulfur at bottling. There is a great freshness of dark fruit with lovely Syrah-influenced aromatics lending some spice. The tension between the ripe fruit, mineral texture, and well integrated acidity yields a wine full of energy. Give this a chill and enjoy with some tapas.
