A blend of mostly Corvina and Rondinella from the Eastern shores of Lake Garda. The soils here contain glacial rocks and bring an undercurrent of white pepper to the top notes of raspberry, cherry, and violets. Light bodied and easy to drink by the pool, while also deserving attention as a food pairing.
