Cady 2023 Anjou Blanc

The Domaine Cady 2023 Anou Blanc is 100% Chenin Blanc from numerous parcels on schist with clay soils. The grapes are hand-harvested at full maturity and fermented at low temperature. The color is pale yellow and bright with an ethereal bouquet with flowers and grapefruit notes, complemented with subtle aromas of white fruits. The palate is light but ripe and racy at 11.5% alcohol. Beautiful as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish or in a light sauce, also with goat cheese. A lovely Chenin and a sensational value!
