Brocard, Jean-Marc 2022 Chablis Vieilles Vignes Sainte-Claire

This large estate began conversion to organic and biodynamic farming in 1997. While some parcels are now under Julien's name, the Sainte-Claire vineyard remains in the JM Brocard estate - the 2022 is quite racy and fine for a 2022. Harvest was done early in the morning, fermentation was with native yeasts. "The palate has a fine lick of salinity on the entry.
