Bisson 2025 Pigato Colline del Genovesato Bianco

Pigato is one of those grapes that can show really complex characteristics while also being simply fresh, delicious, and easy to love. The current release of this quite limited Pigato from Bisson is sourced from two vineyard plots: the "Tenute di Trigoso" in the hills of Sestri Levante and "Verici" situated in the commune of Casarza Ligure. The texture is light, with bright and lifted aromatics like citrus peel, dried herbs, and pine. The finishing has great texture, so typical of Pigato!
