This is a relatively new wine from Marie-Lise and Thomas, made up of 100% Grolleau. Once bottled it spends three years on lees before disgorgement and further aging in bottle. There's bright, wild strawberry fruit and hints of brioche, with fine bubbles and precise acidity.
