Abracadabra 2023 Aquex3

Notes from winemaker Hannah Fuellenkemper: "100% Cinsault grown by Mathieu Dibon & Frank Launay (Le Chemin), Terrasses du Larzac, Languedoc. 1/2 press direct, 1/2 infusion of whole grapes for 10 days. By year 3, I consider this my house wine. It's slightly fuller-lipped than years one and two (same recipe but from a different grower); more fruit-full (watermelon! Kiwi! Cherry!) vs the rose-florals of before. A properly pink joy to drink. The 21 and 22 have both aged well.

Name: is just a name. It's not watery. It's about fluidity. 

Bottled June 2024, no SO2, 12%, 1,750 bottles produced. 

Certification: AB (Agirculture Biologique - Organic). 10 year old vines on clay and limestone
