Sonntag Geschlossen MV Gruner Veltliner 'Swimmbad' (2002-2010)

A wine that many would call a cuvee perpetuelle, Markus calls a swimming pool. A blend of various barrels of Gruners from 2002-2010 that are intentionally left untopped. All the wines were in barrel until 2016 when the blend was composed into a stainless steel tank and left until it was bottled in May 2024. This wine has just a hint of nuttiness that opens into aromas of ripe yellow apple, and seabreeze.
