The first edition of a blending of all the released vintages of Sonntag Geshlossen. Markus thinks of the making of this wine as ‘cooking’ and blending the best of each vintage. The wine holds incredible depth and maturity while retaining its youthful edge. It is textural, layered, and incredibly fresh on the finish.
