Bottled ‘young’ relatively towards the rest of the lineup. This is from a parcel close to the house that is aged in stainless steel for nearly 5 years before bottling. Arguably the most traditional Gruner Veltliner from Markus, this is incredibly savory and umami, that is fresh and clean with notes of white pepper and citrus and has a textured finish.
