From the right bank of the Serein river between Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and the Grand Cru Blanchots with a highly developed root system. This is the same wine as Côte de Bréchain, just under a different label. The wine is vinified and aged in tank.
This is a beautifully classic Chablis that is full of citrus and minerality. Perfectly crisp and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with seafood and fresh vegetables.
