100% Chardonnay from the site Champ Viole which is on the top of a south facing mid-slope. Soils are Kimmeridigan. Fermentation in stainless steel and a blend of base 2021 with perpetual reserve that started in 2011. Aged sur lattes for 36+ months before getting 3 g/l disgorgement. Orchard fruit opens up with beautiful pear notes. This is very bright and fresh. A beautiful blanc de blancs.
