Montgrillere is 100% Gamay that sees 15 days of maceration with whole clusters. Compared to Au Grangeon this is much darker and shows more density, without losing any of the energy or lift. Brambly dark cherry and earth leap from the glass, with great acidity and just a kiss of tannins on the back end. Enjoy slightly cool with grilled meats or bbq.
