Au Grangeon is 100% Gamay that sees about 12 days of carbonic maceration. It's very light and juicy, fresh with soaring acidity and a clean finish. Best served with a chill, this is delicious on its own but could pair with lighter dishes, even seafood. While light in body there's certainly plenty of depth here, with crunchy strawberry and cherry fruit and an earthy mineral core.
