Janis is a fun and refreshing bubbly rosé made of 100% Grenache planted on limestone soils from their estate vines in Aubais. It is made in the Ancestrale Method, bottled at about 28g/L of sugar which naturally ferments down to about 5g/L or less in the finished wine. After eight months on lees the bottles are disgorged by hand at the estate. It shows pretty strawberry fruit with bright acidity and freshness, a perfectly refreshing summer bubbly that's suitable for all occasions.
