Infusion is a blend of near equal parts Chardonnay and Viognier, which see two weeks maceration on skins before aging sixteen months in clay amphorae. These are estate vines located in the Liverna in Aubais (Gard), planted on limestone soils. This wine is all about texture, with a complex bouquet of orchard fruit mingling with peppery spice, turmeric over some earthy bass notes. Acidity is bright, adding freshness, and there are some tannins that linger, making this a great option for the dinner table.
